Honestly I was pretty disappointed on the packaging oft item. I would imagine a company that makes auto parts would know to package a heavy auto part correctly. No bubble at all. There was 3 different holes the box once it arrived. One of the tubes were bent due to the improper packaging. Still was able to make it work just disappointed.

So far it's working. I'm a little concerned being that the steering rack was simply placed in a cardboard box with zero padding of any kind and sent across the country. By the time I received it, the box was basically gone and the rack took the brunt of any shipping wear.
